Now that we are back and settling in, just wanted to drop you a quick
note on your Jocassee home. WOW! We really enjoyed your home! Thanks for creating such a wonderful place
for others to enjoy. We vacation all over, almost always using vacation rental homes and I have to say your house was
the best equipped for all of our needs – very nicely done and you should be very proud. The layout was perfect
for the two families – giving us plenty of space, the deck was fantastic! We had a tough time ever leaving the
decks! We brought our pontoon boat and bass boat up to enjoy and your driveway and garage were just perfect!!!
We just didn’t have enough time and it was hard to leave.
Again, you have a wonderful place at Jocassee and we truly enjoyed spending
time there. We will definitely be back and spread the word to others. We’re already talking about the possibility
of renting it for 2 weeks next year and having my family up for one week, then Kern’s family up the next week!

Your vacation rental property is the perfect get away for a large group. I have never in my life stayed at a vacation property that was so well equipped. From kitchen utensils, to games, to extra blankets and towels, there was nothing we needed that your house did not provide. We had guest from five different states and everyone agreed that the house was the perfect location. We look forward to making New Year's at the Land Between the Lakes a tradition!
